
This mighty Works Manx Norton M30, born in 1948 had a full history of racing at international and at domestic level, before being rediscovered in 2025. Engine No C11M 14541 was dispatched to Calcutta in 1949 to race in the Ceylon Race Series in 1950. The history of this machine became known as the Cook Brown motorcycle, which was part of the famous colonial Hatton Bank of Calcutta. Now this machine is being bought back to where it belongs, the tarmac of the classic bike tracks of the UK and Europe. The frame is ex Dickie Dale 1960 Senior TT 5th Place.
